Please Note: The number of bedrooms is an easy way of estimating a homes size, so even if you ask us to skip a bedroom or if a bedroom isn't being used, please still include that bedroom during your booking. Rooms such as offices should be included in the bedroom number as well. For larger or uniquely spaced homes we suggest selecting our hourly pricing options to help you stay on budget. For very messy homes we ask that you select hourly pricing as that will allow us to work at a fair wage.

Payment Methods

  • We accept credit cards by phone or via our Book Online form.
  • You can also send email transfers to contactus@modestmaids.com.
  • We also accept cash in situations where the homeowner uses neither of the above methods.
  • Our minimum charge for any cleaning service is $100 + GST
  • There are NO HIDDEN FEES.
  • We charge your credit card on the day of the service rather than on the day of booking.
  • Please do not disclose your credit card information directly to our cleaners, instead give us a call or use the online form.
  • No contracts, cancel anytime.
